Terms of Service

PAYMENT
Full payment must be received before despatch or collection of order unless credit
account facilities have been previously approved by our accounts department.
Value of order and freight may be obtained by phoning our office.
For your convenience we accept all major credit cards.
Credit Card purchases are subject to a minimum of $25.00.

GST
GST is applicable on most items and will be applied according to regulations for all Australian deliveries. GST is shown on all invoices.
GST is not applicable and will not be applied to international orders.

PACK SIZES
Goods can only be supplied in pack multiples as shown.
Custom manufactured and special packaged items cannot be ordered via the website.

FREIGHT
Freight value is added to the cost of all delivered goods.
The customer is responsible for all freight costs unless otherwise stated.
Despatch is by common carrier.
The customer may arrange an alternative carrier and notify POSM at the time of order.

PRICES
Prices remain firm for 30 days from date of written quotation and are then subject to change without notice. Website prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

CLAIMS
Claims arising from damage in transit must be made in writing within 7 days.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
Return of goods supplied as ordered will incur a restocking fee of 20% unless
otherwise agreed by the Operations Director.
No credit will be allowed on freight and handling charges.

PORTFOLIO INFORMATION
All information shown in portfolio or website is correct at time of printing. Sizes are approximate.
P.O.S.M. Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to change, improve or delete any product without prior notification.
